The TomScot is a four story, 278 unit luxury apartment community located just south of the city of Scottsdale’s upscale shopping and entertainment district. Each of the buildings were designed around a central courtyard at the podium level where all of the amenities were located.
The community amenities include two resort-style pool decks with a spa and wading pool, a two-story fitness center, fire features, outdoor kitchens, shuffleboard, bocce ball and a dog park.
