Completed in 2016, the first phase of this 827 unit apartment complex renovation is re-branding the Leasing Office to its new identity as an AVA product. This included the adjacent primary amenity space which consisted of the swimming pool, two spas and an outdoor barbecue area.
Our vision for the redesigned space configured the areas into outdoor rooms with separate but connected functions. A sunken outdoor living room has seating grouped around a central firepit. The kitchen is full-functioning with barbecues, sinks, fridges and a full roof. The play space incorporates the existing pool, a redesigned spa with fire feature, and space for play tables.
