What was once an automobile repair shop will now be providing affordable housing units for the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. On the boards is 4444 Lamont, a three-story Affordable Infill Multi-Family Residential Project. The new development will house fourteen dwelling units, of which three are designated low income; three commercial tenant spaces, and ground level parking. We are pleased to be working with Golba Architecture and providing all of the exterior hardscape and landscape treatments.
