The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort is scheduled for major renovations between 2019-2021. This will effectively result in completely new landscaping and amenities throughout all of the common areas. TOPIA is responsible for the development of a new pool and spa area, separate adult spa, wedding garden, outdoor kitchen and satellite patios and barbecues throughout the property. All planting areas will be redesigned utilizing drought tolerant material with a California Coastal style.
