For 2014, Coastal Living Magazine headed west for their forest-ever Showhouse on the California Coast. Local home builder, Flagg Coastal Homes, assembled a team of designers to create a home brimming with clever ideas and smart solutions. Proceeds from home tours benefitted the Coronado based Navy SEAL Foundation.

Working within very tight spaces at ground level, TOPIA was able to provide a hot/cold dipping spa, spacious decks and patios, and a traditional cottage garden, all staying within the East Coast / Maritime theme created by the architecture. Upper decks provide additional space for a firepit and seating area, and a built-in barbecue grille.
